Chicago, May 29, 2008 - VHT Inc., a leading provider of visual marketing services, announced the integration of its Image Exchange system with Xpressdocs for Edina Realty's 2,800 agents. The Image Exchange integration enables agents to access print-ready versions of their professional property photography to create and order marketing collateral, including brochures, postcards and flyers.
According to a recent VHT survey of 1,300 agents and brokers, more than 90 percent of respondents use brochures to market their listings and more than 88 percent use postcards. On average, VHT estimates that online integration of photography assets with on-demand printing saves agents and brokers approximately 25 percent of their administration time normally spent uploading photographs and filling out print service forms.
