Chicago, May 29, 2008 - VHT Inc., a leading provider of visual marketing services, announced the integration of its Image Exchange system with Xpressdocs for Edina Realty's 2,800 agents. The Image Exchange integration enables agents to access print-ready versions of their professional property photography to create and order marketing collateral, including brochures, postcards and flyers.
According to a recent VHT survey of 1,300 agents and brokers, more than 90 percent of respondents use brochures to market their listings and more than 88 percent use postcards. On average, VHT estimates that online integration of photography assets with on-demand printing saves agents and brokers approximately 25 percent of their administration time normally spent uploading photographs and filling out print service forms.
"Top real estate professionals know the value of visual marketing in today's competitive market," said Brian Balduf, CEO of VHT. "By working with Xpressdocs, VHT saves clients time and money, and maintains the professional quality of their marketing assets."
Edina Realty, a subsidiary of HomeServices of America, is one of the nation's largest real estate companies with nearly 90 real estate offices throughout Minnesota, North Dakota and Western Wisconsin, and handled more than 26,300 transactions and $7.0 billion in sales volume in 2007. Edina Realty utilizes the Image Exchange to extend their investment in professional photography to produce high-quality print and direct-mail marketing collateral through Xpressdocs.
In addition to the new partnership with Edina Realty Services, VHT and Xpressdocs integrate visual marketing assets for such industry leaders as Baird & Warner, Prudential Americana and John R. Wood Realty.
Xpressdocs is the real estate leader in print services, specializing in overnight, on-demand printing. Xpressdocs' production capability delivers instant access to premium-quality postcards, brochures, flyers and business cards that can be delivered the next morning.
"Whether its brochures, online ads or Video on Demand," said Balduf, "more and more real estate professionals are turning to VHT to distribute their visual marketing content and ensure the integrity of their assets. We look forward to continuing to add more distribution services for our clients in the coming months."
