Chicago, April 29, 2008 - VHT, a leading provider of visual marketing services, announces the appointment of Vinnie Grosso to help develop and expand VHT's content distribution capabilities with Video on Demand ( VOD ), streaming media, Internet TV, social networks and print partners.
"Vinnie Grosso has been a new media pioneer for more than twenty years," said Brian Balduf, CEO of VHT. "His experience in interactive media distribution and content development will enable us to extend our visual marketing services to more media platforms for our clients and other real estate professionals."
In addition to producing professional photography, video tours and content for real estate professionals, VHT has increased the value and reach of its clients' visual marketing materials by offering real-time distribution services to more than 100 partners, including such printers, publishers and content aggregators as LuxuryPortfolio.com and the Comcast VOD channels.
Prior to joining VHT, Grosso has held the positions of Vice President of NBC, General Manager of NBC Interactive and helped build AT&T's online portfolio as President of AT&T Consumer Interactive Services in the early 90's. Recently, he developed solutions for VOD , IPTV, streaming media and social networking channels for such clients as AT&T, Discovery Communications and Alloy Media. Previously he served in an entrepreneurial role in developing an interactive architecture to distribute educational software via satellite to K-12 schools. Grosso has served as CEO of Into Networks, a computer game distributor for the cable industry. During his career he has served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Television Executives and has considerable experience raising venture capital funding for small businesses.
