VHT’s Interactive Floor Plans are designed with an engaging combination of professional photography and a realistic illustration of the property. Adding interactivity to a floor plan enhances a buyer’s viewing experience and motivates them to take action on your property.

Floor Plan Reconstruction

VHT can produce clean new floor plans from architectural blueprints. Often times an existing floor plan is available, but it may have been a copy of a copy. Or, the existing floor plan may include many unnecessary icons and measurements, making the floor plan difficult to read and interpret. VHT will use the existing floor plan information and produce a new floor plan that can be used in brochures, presentations, emails, and/or Web sites. If photography is ordered, VHT will make this floor plan interactive. To order a Floor Plan Reconstruction, simply fax your original to 800-487-0265. Please include your name, email address, and property address.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to measure the property?
The time needed to measure the property is approximately 45 minutes for 2000 square feet. Please allow 15 minutes for each additional 500 SF.

When is the best time to order a floor plan?
It is best if the floor plan is ordered at the same time as the property tour, however you can order a floor plan at anytime.

How long does it take to complete?
Floor plans are completed within 2-3 business days following the on-site measurement. Sometimes the photographs and/or video are completed before the floor plan. In these cases, the ePostcard/Tour URL is distributed to the client and all Web site/distribution points. The floor plan is added to the ePostcard/Tour URL once completed.

What if changes need to be made to the floor plan?
If changes need to be made to your floor plan, please print and mark up with your changes/corrections. Please fax your changes to 800-487-0265. Please be sure to review your floor plan shortly after delivery. VHT will make complimentary revisions up to 3 days after delivery. After this time, a fee will be applied to revision requests.

How is the floor plan delivered?
Floor plans are produced in PDF format and are delivered to the client via their VHT ePostcard. Floor plans can be viewed and downloaded from the ePostcard. If a property has a floor plan, an additional icon titled “Floor Plan” will be displayed on the ePostcard. To view and/or download the floor plan, click this icon. Adobe Acrobat reader software is required to view this document.
