Brian Balduf, Chairman and co-founder of VHT, is actively involved in the development of cutting-edge marketing services specially designed for the Real Estate Industry. With more than twenty years of sales and marketing experience in consumer and business-to-business services, Brian has been responsible for sales, content services, and product and business development of wireless and Internet related data for such companies as Rolling Stone Records, West Coast Video, and AT&T. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of Illinois, as well as an MBA and Master's of Information Systems from Benedictine University. Brian is a frequent speaker at industry events and is a published writer on numerous marketing related topics.
Mike Brown joined VHT in 2013 as Chief Technology Officer, though he worked as an IT consultant to VHT for a year prior to joining. Mike has consulted in IT for over 28 years, including managing teams of developers while performing hands on work for the last 13 years. He has a deep background in database technologies and Business Intelligence work. Mike has performed IT consulting in industries such as Health care, Legal, Manufacturing, Banking/Insurance, Credit, Telecommunication, Publishing, Education, Software Development, Trading Systems, Government, Real Estate, Services and Retail. Mike received a B.S. in Computational Mathematics from Marquette University and an MBA in Marketing from Keller Gradate School. He is also certified in Project Management, Scrum and Six Sigma. Currently residing in Chicago with his wife, the couple have two adult children; Mike enjoys playing ice hockey multiple times per week and playing guitar. On the weekends, Mike and his wife enjoy hiking with their three dogs.
Sarah Anderson joined VHT Studios in 2014 following an award-winning career with Chamberlain Group, Inc. (CGI), a Duchossois Group company. Sarah’s background includes a variety of executive leadership positions, most recently as V.P. of Channel Marketing and V.P. of Marketing Communications & Customer Advocacy. In her tenure at CGI, Anderson built two of the top home improvement brands, each to number one positions in their categories in the world. Sarah brings over 25 years of experience in building business through integrated marketing focused on the expansion of multiple brands and channels, with the ignition of customer engagement and highly memorable brand experiences. In addition to VHT, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 daughters, cooking, photography, interior design and home improvement, golf, biking and serving on the DuPage County Habitat for Humanity ReStore Advisory Board. In 2015, Sarah was honored to be chosen as an Influential Woman In Business by The Daily Herald Business Ledger, a leading Chicago news publication. Sarah earned a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana.
Kevin McGuire brings more than 20 years of experience to VHT as the Executive Vice President of Sales. Specializing in sales management and business development, McGuire garners new brokerage and corporate accounts and works with VHT's account management teams on existing accounts. Prior to joining the VHT team in March 2007, Kevin worked with Vector Marketing as a Division Sales Manager. There, he successfully expanded the company's three locations into 17 locations spanning three states. Most recently, Kevin turned the Chicago location of Global Forex Trading into its top worldwide team. Kevin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh and is both Series 3 and Series 30 licensed.
