Ground Shipping is included in most product & package rates. Next day air and 2nd-day air shipping is available for an additional fee.

Using standard VHT ground shipping, your marketing materials typically arrive within 3-5 business days following the completion of your property tour. All materials are produced and shipped from our Chicago, IL office (ZIP: 60018). The number of days it takes for the package to arrive at your office depends on your location. VHT Studios begins creating your marketing materials the next business day following the completion of your property tour. The “Studio Complete” email sent by VHT notifies you that your property tour has been completed. The production of your materials are “on hold” until the next business day to allow you time to review all aspects of your tour and to review the information that will be printed on your marketing materials (your contact phone #, correct spelling of street name, correct property ID#, correct room names, etc). The materials are then shipped the following business day. In summary, your marketing materials are shipped from VHT via DHL Ground Delivery Two (2) business days following the completion of your property tour.

VHT ships all materials to your business office location unless otherwise requested. Shipments to residential locations may require an additional fee and items will be shipped without requiring a delivery signature.
