Brian Balduf, Chairman and co-founder of VHT,
is actively involved in the development of
cutting-edge marketing services specially
designed for the Real Estate Industry.
With more than twenty years of sales and marketing
experience in consumer and business-to-business
services, Brian has been responsible for sales,
content services, and product and business
development of wireless and Internet related
data for such companies as Rolling Stone Records,
West Coast Video, and AT&T.
Brian holds a Bachelor's of Science degree
in Marketing and Business Administration from
the University of Illinois, as well as an
MBA and Master's of Information Systems from
Benedictine University. Brian is a frequent
speaker at industry events and is a published
writer on numerous marketing related topics.
He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus.

 Matt McCue joined VHT in 2012 as Chief Operating Officer, though he has served on VHT’s board of directors since 2007. Matt brings 15 years of management experience, most recently as Vice President of Hopewell Ventures, a leading Midwest venture capital fund and VHT investor. Matt has devoted his career to working with businesses in a vast array of industries as investor, director, manager, consultant, and CEO.
McCue received a B.A. in Economics Magna Cum Laude from Loyola University Chicago and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management with specializations in Finance and Management & Organizations. He lives in Chicago with his wife and son, and enjoys cooking, photography, woodworking, and running an occasional marathon. |

 Jenny brings 18 years of experience in software development, team management, technical strategies, process definition, and project management to VHT as the company’s Chief Technology Officer. She joined VHT in early 2011, instilled with energy and strong black coffee in hand! Jenny oversees the daily process flow, project management of our Information Technology group, and drives Platform improvements. Jenny came to VHT with a dedication to introduce impactful technologies to the real estate industry. Her commitment to detail and structure has already created a change in our corporate culture that is welcomed by her peers.
Prior to landing a spot in the end office at VHT, Jenny started her career as a software engineer and web developer. She worked with Neoglyphics Media Corporation, a venture started by Alex Zoghlin. Jenny moved to Orbitz, LLC, where she worked for 7 years in several company divisions as Team Lead of Web Development and worked her way up to Development Manager of their Agent Desktop tool. More recently, she worked at Amazon.com, INC, as the Merchant Technologies Program Manager and before coming to VHT, worked as the Director of Software Development for Viewpoints Network, LLC, a social technology and media company.
Jenny attended Depaul University, where she earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics. In her free time, she stays extremely active with her 3 children and her husband. She is an avid tennis player, loves to cook, travel and enjoys spending quality time with her family. |

As Vice President of Operations at VHT, John
Bosch is charged with ensuring the technology,
studio and financial operations are running
smoothly each day. He began his professional
career at a leading wireless communications
company in Marketing and Sales. Soon after,
he brought his gained expertise into sales
management.
With more than 10 years of management experience,
John's diverse background enables him to efficiently
run VHT's daily operations and plan for future
projects.
The Chicago native holds a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Marketing from Illinois State University.

Kevin McGuire brings more than 13 years of
experience to VHT as the Vice President of Sales.
Specializing in sales management and business
development, McGuire garners new brokerage
and corporate accounts and works with VHT's
account management teams on existing accounts.
Prior to joining the VHT team in March 2007,
Kevin worked with Vector Marketing as a Division
Sales Manager. There, he successfully expanded
the company's three locations into 17 locations
spanning three states. Most recently, Kevin
turned the Chicago location of Global Forex
Trading into its top worldwide team.
Kevin has a Bachelor of Science degree in
Economics from the University of Wisconsin
- Oshkosh and is both Series 3 and Series
30 licensed.
